If any of you are disabled, what are your favorite ways to exercise/workout?

Im on oxygen, use a walker due to a stroke, have rheumatoid arthritis, etc.

my favorite ways to get exercise in, is swimming, exercise bands, dancing by hanging on to a chair.

I love the recumbent bike! Its easier on your knees than a regular exercise bike and MUCH easier than walking. I also like the resistance bands. My aunt purchased me a very nice exercise chair off of QVC. It has arm and leg bands as well as chair add on that you can sit on and twist your waist. Its great for someone who is limited.

Not everyone can run a marathon or be an iron man!

For many people exercising is just moving more today than you did yesterday.

I applaud your efforts!

If you can swim, you might be able to do an Aqua-aerobics class. I tried one once, long before my surgery, and it kicked my behind. The teacher in that class offered lower impact options, too. Just a thought.
