Here is my plan. Also need to get a tire bike pump so I can use my NEW bike!!

Welcome!  I also started with a C25K program :)  I used the one from Zombies Run and it was amazing for me.  Remember to stretch after you run.  I swear, I didn't even know what stretching was, let alone how to do it, but it's so important.  My life is miserable when I don't stretch!

Zombies Run is amazing, both the main app and the 5k training app.  I look forward to running just because I want to find out what happens next.  (At least, that was how it was in the beginning before I enjoyed running for its own sake.)

Wow you love Zumba which is great. I tried it a couple times and was not a fan... Still if you love it that's all that matters ?
