Tuesday  3 mile run

Wednesday Strength Training

Thursday 4 Mile Run

Friday  Strength Training

Saturday 5 Mile Run

Sunday Rest

Looks good to me. If you do all of this you will be doing good

As you know no running for me  so I will  be hopefully in the pool swimming since I can not stand on the leg. going to try for twice this week and see how it goes.

My drug addicted mother has given my siblings and I a total fit for the last time this weekend and I ate like a dog yesterday. I now have some making up to do and I hope I STOP EATING LIKE THAT BECAUSE DARN IT I KNOW BETTER.   I think it was my emotional eating goodbye to her.  I can't help a person who doesn't admit what they do and uses narcissistic behavior to manipulate her own children.  Therefore, as my heart breaks, I say that life has to go on.  I cut my grass this morning...all 1/3 of an acre haha and cleaned the yard up, washed the car...and then I shop-vac-ed the driveway which is a cheap alternative to a leaf blower lol.  Here is my exercise log for the week:

M-F I will do RPM every day and lift weights everyday :) 

Sat:  weights and vertical stair climber

Sunday is rest day!
