Missed the bike ride last night, I did walk for a little over an hour at a decent for me pace... Rode the bike to work this morning so I'll have that in at least! Tomorrow I'll try my tempo run for the first time

I took ten minutes this morning to adjust the bike's hand brake cables. It's amazing how much safer I feel having solid brakes. I am laughing at myself for being too impatient to properly adjust them the FIRST time I noticed the issue! So now I'm riding with a bike helmet that yes, does give me crappy hair when I take it off at the office, and I have brakes. Adulting for the win!
