Rowing machine suggestion for 6.4"

I am looking for a rowing machine for my home gym.is there any rowing machine for 6.4" people?I searched on google and get some good reviews there is some good rowing machine.suggest me a good rowing machine for 6.4" height.Need advice from the experts.

Yes, My younger brother is 6.4" and 198lbs.He wanna lose his weight and get lean muscle.The rowing machine is one of the best cardio exercises.That's why I am planning to buy a perfect Rowing machine for him.

198 seems thin for 6 foot 4 male ... he wants to lose weight? Did you mean to write 298?

Oh Sorry!typing mistake.he is in 265, and he wanna gain lean mass.want to get some clean muscles.
