How to lose weight after birth

After birth, I became extremely fat at a weight of 54kg before I was 73kg. I have tried many ways and have not seen any results, hope everyone can find the best solution for me

Measure and track everything you put in your mouth using something like MyFitnessPal. Adjust calories as needed until you're losing weight.

A healthy diet with daily exercise will help you shed the pounds. Breastfeeding can also help with postpartum weight loss. Hope this helps.
