Update

 Hi everyone.  Just wanted to post an update.  I saw Prof. Weiner yesterday and I have a surgery date for this coming Monday, 11/10/08.  

wow that was really quick, congrat and good luck so did you end up with the band or RNY?

 Yes it was very quick.  I am still shocked that it is happening so fast.  I am going with the band.  I had a choice and I decided the band was better for me because my husband is leaving for his deployment a couple days after I get out of the hospital.  It just works better for me with my work schedule and him being gone.  Not such a long recovery time and all.
