Hey Richard... I was given my surgeon's okay to do just about anything I wanted 4 weeks post-op. I'm now 11 weeks post - and am planning my first trip to the driving range for this weekend. I've just been waiting for the weather to improve slightly. 40 degrees is a little chilly for me. But the ladies league that I participate in starts up the end of April - so I need to get my butt in gear. Plus, having lost 75 lbs. already - I know my swing is going to be way off - and change even more drastically over the next season. Best of luck to you this year!
