Hi Brandy! Thank you sooo much for your kind words!! I am very happy to hear that you are well informed of your surgery, it makes a big difference. I know people who just had surgery and did not adhere to the dr's guidelines and now after a year they are gaining the weight back. Get all the info as you can, its never too much!
