BARIATRIC SURGEON PLASTIC SURGEON HOSPITAL

Carmen C. 1027519795 VSG (12/23/08) Member Since: 09/25/08 [Latest Posts]	Post Date: 1/4/12 8:40 pm I have an appeal next Thrusday.. I can meet in person or over the phone. Any sugguestions? I have never done this before. I will be meeting w/ the board committee.. and I guess this process has never been done before, its brand new coverage. Any advice??
