MY HIPS HURT.....HELP..

I have problems with hip pain also....I don't have pain at night, but the mattress I have is very firm for support and has a thick pillow top on it for joint comfort....If I am hurting really bad, then I have a thin pillow that I will also place under my hip and that helps. I hope you get some relief. Good luck.
