Should I be worried

I just wanted to get some advice.  Back in July, I received a phone call from the anathesiologist about an appointment my lap-band doctor office made without me knowing it.  I cancelled the appointment and called my doctor's office.  I informed them of what happened and they stated they can re-schedule it for me.  I gave them a date of 8/23 and I was told to keep 11-1 available.  I waited a week and called the doctor's office because I had not heard from the doctor's office of the new appt. time.  The day I called was on a Wednesday and I got a recording that the doctor's office was closed.  I called the following week and was told my appt. was 8/23 at 1:30pm.  On Tuesday, I received a call from the anathesiologist's office about an appt. on 9/12 at 1pm.  I informed her that I was told my appt. was 8/23 at 1:30pm by the doctor's office and she did not see it in the system.  So we re-scheduled again.  I called my doctor's office to ask what was going on and all they could ask was what was the problem when I tried to find out what was going on.  I have to go to the doctor's office tomorrow for pre-op consultation.  Should I be worried that his office may be disorganized or am just over paranoid?  I am just use to a doctor's office not knowing what is going on with their patients.
It seems to me that one of those offices has a scheduling issue.  While you are there tomorrow, have them get the other office on the phone and all sit down together and get your schedule figured out and set in stone.  That is ridiculous!!!  Good luck!!!

Just relax and tap into your faith. It will work out. My doctor office is so busy now with
so many people getting the surgery until most of the time I get a recording we want what
we want and we are so use to things done in correct order until nonsense bothers us. If
you have an outstanding surgeron that is all that matters. Everything will work out for you, I know you are aggravated but it will get better.
