I just started a new group for Lap Band Buddies!

I started a new group to help Lap Banders find someone in your area, or just an online buddy.

Do you get lost in the message board?  Need something a little more one on one?
Do you need someone to be accountable to for exercise?  Do you need someone to help keep you on track with your food choices?  Do you need an non-judgemental person to listen to your rants??  Or maybe someone to just chat with.  I know I do and I was finding it hard to locate that someone, so I started a new group.

Go to Community/Groups (on the blue task bar) and look for "Lap Band Buddies"
