Yep -- this accountability always gets me outside and moving.

I kicked some 'exercise butt' this week ----- 635 minutes

We are in the midst of some fabulous weather, and I just can't resist my dog's begging for a walk.

We don't observe Daylight Savings Time, so  my work schedule has shifted an hour earlier --- so, by 4pm or so, I am free and able to put on my headset and walk, walk, walk.

I was listening to John Grisham's "The Confession" last week -- and could not wait to hear how it turned out --- exercising to audio books makes me want to walk, walk, walk.

Talk about kicking butt!  WooHOOOO

We have 40mph winds today and I wore my winter coat and headband and could only tolerate 25 minutes outside.  I will get on the bike later.  We are going out to eat to celebrate Kyle's 18th B-day.  His B-day is tomorrow, but I'm getting a fill tomorrow, so liquids for me.  Anyway....  that's your Iowa update! hahaha
