Everyone -- absolutely everyone -- no matter which surgery, how heavy you were/are, how diligent you stick to the diet, etc, hits a plateau. It's not anything you have done. It's our body's way of dealing. The one thing that is different is how long it lasts and what works for each of you to kickstart your body. Most of the time it involves changing something...eating more protein, exercising a little more, exercising a little less, switching exercises, eating more period (believe it or not), eating more veggies, eating a few more carbs...etc, etc, etc. You get the idea. Change some things up.
And the sweet spot is different for everyone and often difficult to find. You may not be there yet. Hang in there! Hope this plateau doesn't last any longer for you. You can do it!
