Post Date: 2/2/12 5:30 pm Love a gal with a plan! I started back tracking my food, and realized how much I was eating. AND I was beginning to graze. Luckily, I do Zumba 3 to 6 times a week. So not losing, but not gaining either...Stalled! However, I do have a fill on Monday, and like you, I'm getting close to a place where I had to be unfilled slightly before. GEEZ, I'm nervous about it but pushing forward. Not anywhere close to the 700-800 calories my doc says will promote a 1.5 to 2 lb weekly weight loss. (I do think that count is if you aren't exercising any.)
