B: protein shake with a strawberry mixed in (BTW most WLS do not like people to drink shakes after the initial healing phase on a regular basis, but some are too tight in the morning to actually eat "food" and some for other reasons. Try and stick with what YOUR WLS recommends)
L: Homemade chicken salad (crock pot chicken breast, shredded, chopped celery and onion with a little l/f mayo and cheese, heated) 4 oz
S: 1/2 C corn
D: 4 or so oz of home made spaghetti
S: what I couldn't eat yesterday's, left over Greek yogurt (about 3 TBS)
vitamins
water
exercise
What about you?
Here is a great website for bandsters. I've tried a couple of the recipe's and like them. Just found it through a search engine.

I've missed this post!!

B: Champion Stack chocolate protein shake with Smart Balance fat free milk - I have drank a protein shake every single day for breakfast since surgery.  Never had a problem, doc never had a problem. It works for me in a busy schedule and gives me 30 gms of protein to start my day.

S: 1/4 cup Blue Diamond almonds - blazing buffalo wing and honey mixed. Love the sweet and salty!

L: chicken thigh

D: 100 cal foil pack of tuna, 2 wedges of light laughing cow blue cheese

vitamins, water, no formal exercise because I am working.  But my new job has a 4 story building and I am on the third floor.  I walk the stairs every single time. Burning quads!!

*after studying these I am so glad I have a "fill" on Monday cause I'm eating way more than I should AND I'm hungry for it all.*

Early:       Coffee with creamer (1t)
Breakfast:  hard boiled egg, 1t bacon bits, 1t miracle whip, 1 slice of cheese
Snack:      100 calorie cocoa roasted almonds
Lunch:      3oz salmon, 1/4 cup wild rice, 3 small asparagus tips, 1 biscuit (Red
Lobster, I know bad), 1/2 cookie/icream dessert (even worse)
Dinner:     Rest of salmon, rice, and asparagus
Snack:     Decaf with 1t of creamer, 1/2 protein bar (and I so hope it ends here
because night eating is the monkey on my back)

*Lots of water, but no Zumba till tomorrow*
