Post Date: 2/4/12 8:00 am Not sure what your doctor allows you to have, but I kept something in my mouth....hot cups of chicken broth, sugar free popcicles, real apple juice, etc. Apple juice helped me when I was feeling very woozy....a little sugar boost. Otherwise, I stuck to sugar free drinks like Crystal Light.
You will make it through. It's hard.
Try dividing your protein shakes in half and drinking them more often throuhout the day.
Remind yourself that hearing your tummy rumble is a totally "lost" feeling that normal people still feel. We ain't normal right now!
