Well, might as well be very upfront I had a very bad weekend

My son was busy with friends all weekend hardly saw him , my hubby has been gone for over 2 weeks due to work taking him away from home and on top of that PMS !! I just got so lonely , and depressed and I ate my comfort foods this weekend :o( . I didn't over eat at any one meal I just snacked alot a little of this and a little of that and alot of Pringles Ranch chips.
I worked my ass off last week and I self destructed over the weekend.. Missing hubby along with PMS just done me in .
I did not get on the scales this morning mainly because when I start my period I will gain anywhere from 5 to 10 pounds and after the weekend I had I just didn't need to put any more guilt on my shoulders .
Today is a brand new week, hubby is on his way home and I have a big Busch Gardens vacation to think about in July and want to lose some more weight before I go.
Breakfast none I just wasn't hungry
Lunch perfect portion chicken breast , 1/2 cup of green beans and 1/4 cup of cottage cheese
Snack Apple or Greek yogurt
Dinner 4 oz of turkey roast, green beans, and cottage cheese
Exercise 60 min of Extreme Zumba
Water lots and lots of water to get this sodium out of me :o(
