I wi**** was hot...still only 60's in RI. Cold makes me sleepy.
E-protein shake
B- 1c nonfat yogurt with 1/4 granola
L-lettuce, 1oz of deli ham and 1oz deli chicken 1/4c corn. 1 bagel thin with laughing cow cheese half at lunch the other half at my desk later.
1 pack of 100 calorie almonds
D- 3oz burger, 1/4c potato salad 1/4c macaroni salad and 1/4 beans.
Full, not sure I will have a snack or not right now.
water, decaf tea,decaf coffee and sf peach tea
Very tired tonight..woke up cold in the middle of the night last night and could not get back to sleep. NO exercises tonight I would fall down I think.
