Enjoying Life at 7 years! At a wine Festival on vacation in California pic taken yesterday............Loving my band band at 7 years...hey I may not be in size 4...but I sure I am extremely happy I am no longer in a size 24 at 7  years post op..I will settle for a size12....but I would like to get back into my size 8/10's...I got too many clothes in my closet screeming my name.....

 Nana I realize now that I am so fortunate that I have the Band, that it's a tool that I can start using again, now that I'm ready to work w the band

Nina I feel very fortunate too, my band was "turned off" for about 6 months and I feel very lucky to have a tool inside my body that I can turn off...meaning eat more and turn on and eat less and I am REALLY GRATEFUL that it still works at 7 years..

 Chowwww looking good. Ihope to some day conquer my weight loss goals. I've been lagging lately but made it my goal as of today to start working at it again. I have not lost for the past 3 months but that is my fault due to going back to old eating habits and being lazy. I always enjoy your post Nana.

I am just happy to be healthy and have had an uneventful journey.....Scarlett you know there is NO SET TIME to get back on track with the lap band...even if I gain weight and eat stuff that I should not eat and don't exercise for awhile...my band is waiting for me even at 7 years to get a fill and get back on track.....

So don't get discouraged....dust off and keep it moving forward! You can do this

Soon and very soon, Dev!  Congrats on the baby!  :)   When I first starting researching this surgery, I was wondering if I could ever have kids with the lap band (amount of food you eat, etc).   You and a few other ladies on this forum let me know that it is possible!!  

You will enjoy it again very soon...and boy oh boy was it good...it was frozen and sweet..OMG...best I've had in my life!
