Saw the nutritionist last week after being banded almost 2 years. Been at a "stand still" for a year now so I figured I had better check in. We went over my current diet and determined that I am falling back into some old habits. Also, she encouraged me to start weighing my food again and to also keep a food log. In addition I am starting to add walking back into my life because I was starting become sedentary. Haven't stepped on a scale since last week and I follow up with her in a month so I am anxious to see if I've lost anything in the past month. I still have another 50 lbs. to shed. I will admit that seeing her has "lit a fire" under me and I want to make her proud when I go back next month So for those of you who are "in a rut," follow up with your nutritionist if you have one. That's what they are there for!
