Need advice

Need help. Had surgery 6/25/14. I have lost about 15lbs and have been in a slump. Not gaining/not loosing. Went from a size 24 to a 18/20 so I have gone down in size. Can anyone give suggestions on meal plans? I have only had one fill and don't feel restricted and get hungry for snacks. My next fill is 8/26. I have been walking and now purchased T25 which is a bootcamp type workout that I started yesterday. Anyone have advice?

25th June to 14th  August. About seven weeks?  15 lbs is good! My loss averaged out at just over 7lbs a month; faster at first, slower later, but even at first not much more than 15lbs in 7 weeks.

until you get the appropriate fill level it is hard work but whatever you are doing is working!

I don't buy into the concept of snacks, sounds like something to avoid and somehow " wrong". If I am hungry, I eat! But something more like a mini-meal. Maybe cold meat with rice crackers, maybe a couple of eggs. In effect, I often used to have five small meals a day. This is quite common with banded people. Some are told three meals and no snacks. Fine if that works for you! Often doesn't for me.

If your band s still not giving you much help, fill up on low cal bulky things like lettuce, greens, carrots. Drink plenty of water.

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

PS I posted a typical days menu on a post a few hours ago.      Edited for typo

Hi, I agree with Kate. I want to add that it takes a couple of fills before you can feel good restriction. It is sad that you cant get filled a little more often. Every surgeon has their own routines. It will come off. Hang in there. Mona
