Need some help getting back on track

Help!  I need some help getting back on track!  I had a breast cancer scare and put on about 12 pounds.  I really need to get back to losing weight and just don't know where to start!  Can't get in to see my surgeon until December 22.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!  I just can't stop eating!!

I don't know any of your stats, how long you have been banded, what you eat. So any reply can only be very general.

i assume you lost your excess weight in the first place? If so, the only advice Ican give is to remind yourself how you ate then and do that again! Easier said than done, I know from personal experience; but it really is that straightforward! 

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Personally I am very carb sensitive so I have to cut my carbs very low. For most tho if you go back to eating dense protein first, then veggies and finally healthy carbs like dried beans then you should do well. Drink lots of fluids to fill up in between meals, get regular exercise and stay busy with a hobby to keep hands busy should get you on track in no time.
