Anyone with the Affordable Care Act get approved for RNY? Just got denied-how do I Appeal?

Did you check with the insurance first to see if it is a covered item? It is not covered under all policies. If it is a covered item then you will need to appeal, in that case there should be directions on the denial letter telling how to appeal.
