3-Year WLS Anniversary

Hello Everyone - Just thought I would share that yesterday was my 3-Year Anniversary of WLS - and I have successfully maintained and even exceeded my goal for the past 22 months (I got to goal in 14 months) and holding steady at 160 pounds. I started my journey at 408 pounds, I couldn't walk, I took medication for blood pressure, cholesterol, and my heart. Today, I am medication free, and I am LIVING!
