sorry i've been out for last 5-6 days my mouse got ate by the cat or something and had to be replaced, 1st week post op I've lost 14 lbs. pluss the 33 lbs. befor sugery so I am now at 409lbs and only 250 lbs. to go ! thank you all! blessings phil
