- HEALTH TRACKER
...just in your first weeks home?
Hang in there,
It DOES GET EASIER!
.... just hitting your first stall?
It happenes to many....
Scan back over the last months of this weekly post,
And you’ll get a fairly clear picture of the fact
that there isn’t a "Typical" progress,
Just massive, persistent, overwhelming - PROGRESS!
Yes, using the scales can make some crazy,
(Slower loss is Still Loss!)
Keeping track and forcing myself to "Watch It!"
Has been the "What works for me," for maintaining my loss.

If the "Scales Make You Discouraged?"
Then STAY OFF of Them!
But for those who Are weighing in-
Hop your Azz up on the Scales!
How much have you lost?
Or in Pre-Op Diet?
And has the Scale moved this week for you?
If so, How Much?
My Starting Weight? – 385 +

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.
Good day all, My body is still losing pounds and inches. I've made 5 days working out this week - per my doc's orders. I couldn't be more thrilled with my new anatomy! Here's the numbers: Highest/First Consult: 378 Day of Surgery: 330 Last Sunday: 292
That's 8 pounds this week, 46 since surgery, and a grand total of 94 pounds overall. I'm hoping to cross over the century mark by next week!
Have a great one and be sure to keep hydrated in the heat!
