Wow, I didn''t expect it to be like this. Not complaining just need some help and insight to GET THE GAS OUT! This is brutal. I took some gas-x chewable and finaly had an nice big burp during a hot bath (which by the way made me feel much better). But oh my lord this intestinal gas is brutal. Nothing but sharts!

Gas-X, or another anti-gas med, and walking around are about the two best ways to get it gone.  Otherwise see below!

Yeah, I'm trying to walk. We recently got a snow storm while I was having my surgery. But I still got in six blocks of walking in. Just trying to be careful. I have gas-x chewables, would you guys think the strips are better? Let me know.

@doc, other than the gas I'm good. I just can't believe how bad it is :-) LOL.

Strips seemed to work better for me.  Just walk and it will pass.

Also, are you drinking dairy?
