I am very happy with my outcome. Everything went very smoothly and I spent just one night in the hospital. No problems at all.  I'm home now and obviously sitting at my computer with only minor pain to the stomach. So my journey begins. Wish me luck. And remember Luck stands for " Laboring under correct knowledge "

I will be looking for your support in the coming year.

Congrats on a successful surgery. Your surgeon assisted on my RNY and I've had a couple of friends use him as their surgeon. They're very happy with  him and the results.

I'd encourge you to get involved in the monthly support groups offered by the clinic. It's a great place to meet others, share ideas, and watch the success.

Hope you're following the RMAP "blue bible" guidelines. I really like their program and their week-by-week diet. It has served me well.

I'd really encourage you to take measurements as well as track your weight. There were times the scales would stall but it was helpful to see the measurements still moving.
