Just had my pre-op appointment today and set to go a week from Friday. Have been looking forward to my new life. I'm 2 weeks into my Opti-fast diet and down 25 lbs so all ready starting to feel the difference. Not allot of nerves am pretty comfortable with what's going to happen...thanks to all the great posting on here, sure does make a difference when you have some idea what to expect.

Sounds like all is going well in your pre surgery prep. Love the positive thinking, you will def need it post op as there can be some bumps along the journey, but in the end all WELL WORTH IT !
