Last week:  176.2

This week:  177.2

Crap!  Crap!  Crap!  Stressful week both at work and home threw exercise out of kilter.  DW had minor procedure in Dallas Wednesday and we've had minor remodel project going on as well.  So I'm nursing the nurse.  She is having withdrawal from her favorite source of Mexican cuisine and the walls are creeping in on her so needless to say we're getting off the Ponderosa for a while today.

Cowboys play the former Houston Oilers today.  LSU and M-State both won yesterday.  Told brother, part of his college career at LSU, yesterday next Saturday we'll have to agree to disagree since they play each other next.  Sorry about your Vols Mike.

Have a Great Week Gents!

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

140 Total Weight Los

Up and down week...trying NOT too weigh every day as it is MADDENING..beginning today only going to weigh on Sundays. Still, happy number at what it was this morn!

Aside from eating, water intake fine; vitamins consistently; and exercise was good this week, some traditional boxing, spin classes, and runs including a 6 miler today!  Love this weather in NE as it is cooling down and makes running much better!

I am pumped that the NFL season is underway. Huge Patriots fan and last week was horribly disappointing. Hoping for better results today against the Vikings...do not wanna start the year 0-2!!!

Have a great week!!

Yours in WLS Journey,

Bill Mac

@Don, you’ll get your mojo back.  Yep, Oklahoma is a contender this year.  Cowboys put one in the W column.

@Bill Mac, weighing everyday will def “weigh” on you!  Congrats to the Pats this week.

    My stats this week:

           High weight:  392.0 lbs
Pre-op Weight 4 Aug 09:  377.5 lbs
      1st Surgiversary:  241.0 lbs
      2nd Surgiversary:  212.5 lbs
      3rd Surgiversary:  217.0 lbs
      4th Surgiversary:  214.0 lbs
      5th Surgiversary:  223.0 lbs
Last week:  224.2 lbs / 22.0% body fat / 166.4 lbs muscle mass
This week:  221.2 lbs / 22.4% body fat / 163.2 lbs muscle mass

I’m down 3 lbs overall and down 3.2 lbs muscle mass.  This old man is still crippled and didn’t make it to the gym any this past week.  The muscle mass numbers show the lack of cardio / strength training though I was able to get in a couple of 1 mile walks.  Thankfully, I did pretty well mindfully eating.  On the road again this week so I gotta be on high alert for good food choices.

Both of my teams, the Atlanta Falcons and the Tennessee Vols lost this weekend. The Falcons lost unexpectedly to the Bengals (today was not Ryan’s day throwing 3 interceptions); the Vols lost expectedly to Oklahoma.  There’s always next week...

Be safe & have a great week gentlemen!

-Mike
