Hey guys. I'm Sammy and I hang out mostly in the VSG Board, but figured I'd also join you guys here. No offense to the ladies, but it's good to hang out with the guys sometime.

I'm having VSG on Nov. 6th and start Loser's Bench Boot Camp (4 week Optifast Pre Op diet) tomorrow.

Welcome to the group!! It's a good bunch of guys. Best of luck with your surgery. It's a good feeling to watch the scale move and a better feeling just living day to day healthier.

Love the ladies myself but questions, comments about sagging tits, TOM and pregger questions get old!  Then again they laugh at us for talking about our dicks getting bigger!  By the way - they do.
