hello friends I have RNY in 2007 up to last year MY weight stay at 375 lb Now start gaining today I am on 315lb I am Worring about this any suggestion really appreciate your suggestion.

   Hello friends   I  am again on board with new problems my weight stoped at 328lb from 2 weaks my work out is crosstrainer .45 m, weight traing 1 day shoulder  chest, next day arms legs for .50 m stationary biking  08 to 15 miles daily. I not cheating my foods too.I don't know why stoped, can I  do more workout? Second I cannot drink room temprature water but cold water is ok for me. Is that right for me ? Waiting for you priceless ideas.I have no trainer and dietetion.Thanks.

Hello friends good moring I on the board again to bother you, In the morning time Iam O K start work out eleptical crosstrainer then weight traing then treadmill  20 miniuts at the speed of 3 mile per houre or less. In the evening start pain in legs thighs only when walking, sitting is o k .It is start from few days. I am not doing any legs new workout in theses days. Thanks waitting for your wonderfull suggestion.

 Hello Mr, Kent.  Thank you very much for your advice. Actuly I can not contect my surgen and I have no food adviser .Only my family doctor is helping. You are 4 days elder then me into the new life.   Hello Friends, I am new to this board. I did  gastric bypass on Feb12, 07 in India at that my weight was 385lb, now my weight is 330lb. I am doing eleptical crosstrainer .40 to 60 minutes,treadmill for .30minutes then .15 to 30 min in dry sauna .Now I want to know when and what kind of weight lifting traing I  can start that help me not to loose my skin from bally, under arms and in side of thighs.Thanks for the wonderful sugesion.
