kJenk, I know this is a late reply (and I haven't been sleeved yet but I'm studying a LOT) but hopefully you'll get it and give us some follow up... at your stage it isn't about what you CAN eat, it's about what you SHOULD eat. Your stomach USED to hold at least 60 oz. Now it holds 3-4 oz. That is a blessing! Your job now is to fill it ONLY with protein and produce. Once you start eating things like bread and sugar, then your cravings for those things will settle back in. I think of them as "evil" foods. Why don't you try going back to more liquids and protein shakes for a few days to get back on track, then start back with your dense proteins first. If you can hold 4 oz, then 3 oz of lean chicken breast to start, followed by a healthy vegetable. Also take your acid reducers.
Remember this is not a cure or a magic answer, but a tool. It is your job to then work the took and make it happen. You will never eat 4 pieces of pizza in one sitting again - think about how you can make that work for YOU instead of seeing what naughty foods you can "tolerate".
I, for one, will be absolutely thrilled if I have it as easy as you but can only hold 4 oz of food. I will fill that baby stomach with all sorts of healthy stuff! But 3 weeks out - you are still healing some - so give yourself more time.
Good luck and please post again, many of us are following you post-sleevers with our breaths held. :)
