Message to Dr. Aguirre's Patients

I tried to post this on Dr. A's Forum just to see if it had been fixed yet, but it hasn't. I do wish they would get it back up and running! Oh well, here's what I tried to post: Hi everyone! I just wanted to let everyone know that I finally went below 180. I went through about a month that I'd lose 1 pound a week or nothing. It sure felt good this week when I had a 4 pound loss and made it below 180. I was concerned about how Thanksgiving would go. I was afraid I'd feel deprived but I didn't. I ate what I wanted and it felt great not to be stuffed all afternoon. I had hoped to have my web site up over the holidays but ran in to some technical problems in getting it uploaded to my host. Maybe I can get it up this weekend. I'll post again with the address when I get it uploaded. Cheri
