my question is when you meet with the anestiologist do you have to take a drug test? and if so is it urine or a blood test?

Well, no, he/she will talk to you about what is going to happen.  Ask you a lot of questions about how you react to anestesia, etc.  Regular pre-op labs will be done in the lab somewhere.

ok thank you, i was just wondering because alot of people was saying that they give you a drug test and do more test when you meet wih them, but i did all my pre op testing im just waiting for my approval
