I had my MGB on January 19th, 2010 and I am currently size 2/4 and 130lbs and holding!
Best decision I have EVER made and I can't say enough about Dr Rutledge :)

I know.  Isn't it great!  I remember being a 2/4.  Everyone thought I looked sick. So, I am up to a 10.  Just got a job working at a Curves so hopefully I can get back down to a 6 or so.
