This forum is actually very difficult to find. I was just about to give up on this site because I thought it was only for the surgery but if you keep searching, you will find it. I'm on myfitnesspal as well.

I use MyFitnessPal as well (recommended to me by the Weight Management Clinic here in Ottawa). Such a wonderful resource/tool. I even use the app on my BlackBerry. My username is Lammytee if you want to add me!
