Does coolsculpting help to reduce weight? One of my friends is considering this procedure to reduce her weight. I have asked her to undergo weight loss surgery but she is afraid to go under the knife. She has not consulted any surgeons but read it from somewhere that coolsculpting helps to freeze fat. I just read a blog http://www.thecentrefordermatology.com/blog/body-sculpting/h ow-does-coolsculpting-work/ which explains who it works. Anyone here heard about this procedure or does anyone undergone this procedure? It would be great if you could share bits of information you know. Thanks!!

Not much idea about coolsculpting but I have heard it helps to eliminate stubborn fat.

I tried it on my back but did not see much difference, I was told I'd probably need two more treatments but decided not to do it.  It probably only helps certain people with small deposits of fat.  Make sure you ask about guarantees and have a lot of before pictures taken at the doctor's office.

Coolscultping is a non-surgical fat reduction treatment. It eliminates the stubborn fat that resists all efforts through diet and exercise. But I don't know if it will help to reduce weight. The fats can be removed only after 2-3 sessions.

Cool sculpting is being sold as "non invasive liposuction" it will not replace diet and exercise. Because you will need repeat treatments over a long period of time it costs much more than a one time Lipo. It will certainly be steady $$$ for the places selling it... I haven't read many positive reviews from people who are shelling out the money to pay for it.

I suggest your friend read information on web sites that aren't making a profit from this newest and hottest and easiest thing ever...

No, when fat cells die or are removed the body just sends the stored calories to other cells. At best you might have a small temporary weight loss.

If you fall down you just have to get back up.
