*waves* Hi everyone. New here to the site so forgive me if this has been asked before. I finally broke down and jumped on the Nutribullet Pro bandwagon, and I have to say I do have one in the morning everyday. They are filling and satisfy me. So far I use two cups of spinach and use a different combination of fruit and throw in a bit of ny nuts I have on hand. I am looking for recipes to add in more veggies tho and haven't really found any. 

Any hoo... my question is, does anyone use this currently after post op? If so how to control the sugar levels? I would like to keep my sugar and carb intake low, esp sugar with the whole dumping syndrome and all, and of course still learning how to eat healthy. I also thought this would be a good investment for the liquid stage post op, so wondering if anyone uses this and how they use it.
