What do you like to put in it as far as fruit? I like to put in either grapes or blueberries in my original flavor oatmeal & Cream of Wheat. I like to use skim milk in my original flavor instant oatmeal & instant cream of wheat instant. What to do you mix in with your oatmeal and/or cream of wheat: water or milk? It alway**** the spot for me.

Never heard of Torani Syrup. What is it used for and in? May I ask. Is it okay to use in post-op of weight loss surgery?

Torrani is the brand name and is available at World Market and a few other grocery stores. Its the same type of syrup that Starbucks uses to flavor their coffees, but you can buy the sugar free versions, like chocolate, butterscotch, coconut, pumpkin pie etc...there's dozens of flavors. You can use them to flavor hot cereal or yogurt or drinks, what ever! I try to wait until they go on sale. regular price is 7.99/sale 5.99 for a 750 ML bottle. I've even found some in the Ross food section.

My current favorite is salted caramel, delish in coffee!

Cool. Really?, The same kind at Starbucks? I didn't know that with Starbucks, I do get their ice coffee once in a while, Good to know, I bet there are dozens of flavors. I'll keep that in mind. I guess that's a lot at $7.99 a bottle.

I do like to get the caramel from time to time at Starbucks to put in my ice coffee, same thing for the pumpkin pie flavor. The salted caramel sounds good.

Thanks for the info and the time that you put it in to look up on the syrups.

Our local Walmart carries the sf Torani syrups too! I just bough the sf raspberry that I add to my chocolate protein drinks, really good!

Amazon has them also and you can buy sampler packs, they have different versions of the samplers......things like Holiday sampler which has flavors like peppermint, pumpkin, hazelnut, etc. Tons of different flavors!
