Vitamin Assistance

Does anyone know of any companies/organizations/places that offer vitamin assistance programs or sponsors. I am unemployed and need vitamins while on my pre op diet and then of course afterwards. When I started my WLS journey my financial situation was different. Now that I am getting closer to getting a date I need help. I am trying to hold out on a job so I can have surgery and heal, yet I need a job in order to afford a few essentials. I can't get a job, not meet 90 days probation, and say "OH YEAH BTW I NEED 3-4 WEEKS OFF!!!"...nor can I get a job and make my probation then immediately say "I need to use 3-4 weeks sick leave that I probably don't even have yet." So pretty much this is why I am trying to find some assistance. I am in the Washington, DC area. I am trying to be as resourceful as possibly because I have come so far to get SO close to not be able to have my surgery.

Here are a couple of programs both have different requirements, forms, some that need to be completed by your surgeons office, etc. Hope it helps,

Thank you Eggface.....I have already applied for both of these lol. I'm still waiting for a response from Celebrate. The RECOVER Program (by Bariatric Advantage) and Bari Life I am good on.  I just want to have a back up in case Celebrate for some reason denies me. Thanks again though

This company (www.barimelts.com)  is giving away vitamins for $2.95, I just ordered a bunch but I haven't tried them yet so I don't  know what they're like. Could be worth checking out though?
