I am 4 weeks after surgery, issue I find it mornings, I wake up so sick. My doctor let me go to foods as long as I chew chew chew... protein drinks, can't stand to drink the stuff. I eat chicken and eggs for my day.

But my issue is mornings.... anyone else have this problem and what do you do ?

Thanks, Tina

In the first few weeks having something warm first thing helped... a little decaf tea then whatever I was having for breakfast.
