My "I don't want to cook" go to is a small chili from Wendy's.  I've also looked for salads with plenty of protein.

My favorite places to eat out are: Seasons 52(I order either a fish or steak entree), Fresh2Order,(Tuna appetizer), Fleming's steak house(petite filet with a side of spinach).  I don't eat out a lot, but when I do I chose restaurants that don't serve a lot of fried food.  Of course, I always take home 1/3-1/2 of my meal to enjoy the next day.

I've got kids...it's Chik Fil A for me...though sometimes we go to the Olive Garden if we are going to splurge and I get the soup and salad...or Subway.

What do you get from those locations

All of these things make multiple meals of food.

Wawa - deli salad bowl or cheese sticks

Panera - chicken caesar salad, no croutons.  Or chili.  Or french onion soup.  Or chicken salad in a bowl.

Chipotle - chicken bowl, no rice, add fajita veggies

Local japanese place - two speciality sushi rolls, the kind with lots of protein.  I eat 4 pieces per meal so this lasts me a while!

Italian - sucks.  Too much pasta and bread.  If I have to I get something like chicken piccata.

Local pizza place - they have gyros!  So I get it with no pita.

Eating out is fairly easy - There's always a good protein option for me.
