You guys! I am new here but I need some support... I started a new diet and I am struggling to control my urges. I have been on a ketogenic diet for 2 weeks now and I am DYING to consume Chipotle. The complex structure of flavors created when you combine tangy lime/cilantro rice, with slow cooked barbacoa and their red chili salsa is just so hard to resist. The worst part is it is across the street from my apartment. I have lost 15lbs. and I don't want to break my streak!

I still get Chipotle.  I just order a bowl with no rice and it gives me food for 3-4 meals.

First congrats on losing the 15 pounds. You should be proud of yourself. Believe me the proudness of your accomplishment is not worth the trade for the feeling you will feel if you break your present diet plan. As a personal trainer I often hear stories of the guilt people feel when they compromise their eating plan and immediately afterwards feel disappointed. Seems like you have found a diet plan which works for you based on the results and have already shown tremendous discipline. Hang it there.
