Has any one had to deal with gluten free because of their surgery?

I began eating gluten free pasta because my stomach could tolerate it better than regular pasta, but I do not have a gluten intolerance just regular pasta fills me up too fast. That is just me but if you have a gluten intolerance I would see your physician about it he can help you with that.

LIFE IS HARD, BUT GIVING UP HAS NO REWARDS!!!

You may be interested in that guy Drew Manning, the Fit2fat2fit guy (he has a Facebook page you can check out) *****cently did a diet of gluten free. It was very interesting to me because he did 2 months using the "products" that boast being healthier because gluten free. He did not change anything else, meaning he kept up his healthy working out and other lifestyle things. It seriously brought home the point that just because it says gluten free does not mean to consume it wildly. But instead to use them in moderation like any other foods.
