"Dumping" after eating right?

Question .... I had RNY surgery 2 months ago and had been doing fine till about 2 weeks ago.  I ate grilled chicken for lunch and got very sick after.  I didn't know if it was "dumping" or not...  It was probably 1/4 of a chicken breast, not too much.  Anyway, last week, I ate too much and it came back up, which is fine, I mean, I did that one to myself.  So, to my question, the last 2 days, I have eaten what I should be eating (no carbs / sugars) and I've gotten sick around 10 minutes after I've eaten.  I, again, am not eating too much.  Is this normal while my body is trying to adjust?  Thanks in advance for any feedback.
