your suggestions for protein powder post sleeve

I'm having sleeve surgery on Monday morning. Feeling excited and nervous. Wondering if you have a recommendation for protein powder you like. Planning to go to GNC tomorrow.

BSN Syntha-6 Vanilla Ice Cream or Chocolate Milkshake.  They are the only protein powders that do not smell like sour milk.  They do have other flavors but I used chocolate and vanilla and did my own flavoring with sugar free syrups.

There is a protein powder called Inspire.  It is a whey isolate so it is very easy to digest. I am nine years post sleeve and it has taken me this long to find one that I actually like.  There are some nice variety such as chocolate cherry, pumpkin pie, caramel lattes as well as unflavored powders.  I believe it has to.be ordered online.  I had my order shipped USPS and it got here in 3 days.  Good luck!!
