Hey guys! I am brand new to this forum, but I have a question. I had the VSG on Monday the 23rd. I'm currently on my liquid stage and I was just wondering if anyone had had a problem with the Autumn Squash soup from Panera. My grandma just brought some to me. I am so afraid it's going to make me dump, but it smells so good! Here is the nutrition info for one cup:

cals: 220

protien: 6g (will add powder)

fat: 10g (sat 6g trans 0g)

fiber: 4g

sugar: 9g

carbs: 4g

Thank you guys for reading and hopefully responding!! (:

If you had the VSG you should not dump.  That's more a problem from RNY'ers who have had too much sugar as far as I know.  I am over two months out and have never had any issues with vomiting or 'dumping'.  The soup sounds fine for the liquid stage of things but you might want to think about lower carb and higher protein options as you transition to a regular diet.  Your sleeve is small and you want to get protein as a priority.  I rarely even now have enough room for very many carbs.

Congrats and good luck!
